Thyme Care is looking for an Oncology Social Worker in Poland to provide vital psychosocial support to members during their cancer journey. This role includes conducting assessments, providing emotional support, and coordinating care while advocating for patient needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, relevant licensing, and preferably experience in oncology or palliative care. The position allows for remote or hybrid work arrangements, focusing on compassionate care and innovative technology.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably oncology or palliative care.
• Certifications such as OSW-C or APHSW-C preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual and family support.
