Job summary

Thyme Care in Poland is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator to support members through their cancer journey. This role involves conducting clinical assessments, engaging with patients, and coordinating care effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing and at least 5 years of nursing experience, including oncology. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $39.90/hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health.
• Engage with members, addressing clinical issues and managing escalations.
• Support members throughout the oncology care continuum.
