Job summary

SeaRenergy Group seeks an experienced Electrical Construction & Commissioning Engineer for offshore substations. You will translate engineering work packages into executable Work Orders and support safe offshore execution.

The role is freelance/B2B with remote work and travel to Poland, a 12-month assignment with potential extensions. You will coordinate electrical installation, testing and commissioning with an international team.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in electrical engineering, power engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical Work Orders from Engineering Work Packages and punch lists.
• Define job scopes, steps, and man-hours for electrical install, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare material take-offs and identify required tools and test equipment.
• Assemble electrical drawings, MCCRs and completion documentation.
• Identify interfaces and prerequisites with other disciplines.
• Coordinate clarifications with Lead and stakeholders.
• Ensure Work Orders contain information for safe offshore execution.
