Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an AppSheet Developer to design and deliver mobile and web applications for staffing, hospitality, tech, and logistics. You’ll own no-code projects end-to-end, from data modeling to UI/UX considerations, and work with stakeholders to rapidly translate needs into usable apps.

You’ll build apps using AppSheet, Google Sheets, Excel, and other cloud sources, create workflows and automations, and enable users with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with AppSheet or other no-code tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel formulas.
• Business-oriented and able to translate operational problems into app-based workflows.
• Able to work independently on rapid-delivery projects while collaborating with remote teams.
• Portfolio of apps or dashboards created and deployed.

Responsibilities

• App Development: Build business applications using AppSheet’s visual editor with data sources like Google Sheets and Excel.
• Process Automation: Create efficient workflows, automations, and bots to reduce manual work.
• UI/UX Optimization: Design intuitive interfaces for mobile and web usage across functions.
• Data Modeling: Structure datasets for performance and integrate with sources like Google Workspace, Airtable, or SQL.
• Custom Logic: Use AppSheet expressions for dynamic logic and role-based access control.
• Client Enablement: Train end-users and document app functionality.
