Flo is the world’s leading health & fitness app, renowned for its AI-powered, privacy-first approach and a strong global user base. We are seeking a Motion Designer to elevate our marketing storytelling through animated content, video editing, and rapid production aligned with Flo’s visual identity.

You will collaborate with UA teams, adapt designs for diverse markets, and experiment with AI-driven concepts to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

Formación

• 3+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in After Effects and CC.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar.
• Strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of performance marketing basics.
• Willingness to experiment with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create and animate graphics to meet campaign demand spikes.
• Deliver high-quality motion assets for UA campaigns.
• Adapt designs and iterate quickly on requests.
• Localize visuals for global markets.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails as needed.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve workflow.
• Maintain brand consistency across content.
• Storyboard concepts in Figma with color and UI elements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
