Job summary

Flo is the world’s leading health & fitness app, building the next generation of digital health with AI-powered, privacy-first solutions. As a Motion Designer, you will craft engaging animations, edit thumbstopping videos, and contribute to Flo’s marketing storytelling.

You will collaborate with UA teams to deliver high-quality assets aligned with Flo’s visual identity. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with localization needs and a strong emphasis on experimentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software; strong command of Adobe CC.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling animated content and edit UGC videos to support campaigns.
• Strengthen brand storytelling through motion design across marketing initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality motion assets for paid UA with Flo’s visual identity.
• Adapt designs for localization and rapid iterations for feedback cycles.
• Experiment with AI tools to explore new concepts and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
