Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement across Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering, Product Application Engineering and other units.
• Maintain a transparent opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other tools, challenging data quality.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates for leadership.
• Facilitate tender activities across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners.
• Track milestones and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Drive improvements to opportunity-management processes and reporting.
