Job summary

BorrowMyDoggy is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end, running campaigns and budgets, turning content into effective ads, and using data to decide what to make next. This is a part-time role (1-3 days per week), fully remote, with a flexible setup and a small London office option.

You’ll work with our in-house marketing team, using tools like Meta Ads Manager and AI to deliver campaigns, monitor performance, and iterate on creatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta Ads accounts hands-on.
• Has independently managed £20k+/month in Meta spend, including budgets and testing.
• A portfolio of ads you've made (static and short-form video).
• Data-aware with clear grasp of hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS.
• Clear written communication, including concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day to day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids.
• Launch and test ads in Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools.
• Monitor performance daily and reallocate budget to winners; pause underperformers.
• Keep Pixel and Conversions API data healthy and flag issues quickly.
• Own channel reporting: monthly top takeaways and weekly headlines.
