Volt.io is seeking a Merchant Support Specialist to help customers daily, resolve inquiries, and educate them about the product. You will build close relationships, acting as the first contact for Volt's clients, and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to relay feedback for product development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with customer service ticketing systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1) and Polish.
• Knowledge of financial/payment area from previous roles.
• Ability to perform basic data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inquiries via a ticketing tool across Europe.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude toward customers.
• Serve as Volt product expert to answer questions.
• Manage escalations and ensure high-quality service.
• Record customer interactions, transactions and complaints.
