Job summary

Evotym is seeking a results-driven merchant acquisition specialist to build a merchant pipeline for card acquiring, primarily targeting e-commerce, digital business, and retail. You will own revenue generation, focusing on low- and mid-risk merchants with room to explore high-risk opportunities within well-licensed frameworks.

This is a fully remote role with a growth-oriented team. Candidates should have 2+ years of B2B sales in payments or acquiring, an active merchant network, deep knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in payments or acquiring.
• Active portfolio of merchant contacts.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, transaction flows, chargebacks, underwriting.
• Ability to assess merchant fit and focus discussions on platform strengths.
• Experience with European-licensed structures and cross-border merchants is a plus.
• English language proficiency.
• Experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of merchants for card acquiring, primarily in e-commerce, digital business, and retail.
• Use your network of merchants, introducers, and decision-makers to generate new business.
• Identify merchant needs and explain acquiring capabilities, competitive advantages, and regulatory coverage.
• Negotiate pricing, processing terms, and onboarding conditions.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to support merchant approval and launch.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to develop partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline visibility.
