Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Communications Specialist for a home-office role ideally in the UK or EU. The position supports call-center activities, adverse event intake, medical writing and information requests, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, patients and clients to deliver clear information. The candidate should hold a Life Sciences degree, have strong clinical experience, and be fluent in English (C1) and French.

Qualifications

• Education in Life Sciences or healthcare field is required.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication.
• English at C1 level is obligatory; native French is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate English documents or responses as needed.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints and file initial reports per SOPs.
• Utilise writing skills for adverse event narratives and medical inquiry responses.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs on quality-related complaints.
• Conduct medical literature evaluation for disseminated information.
• Participate in market research, system development, and training projects.
• Handle on-call responsibilities as assigned.
