Huzzle is seeking a Senior Media Buyer / Senior Paid Media Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing high‑performing ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The role focuses on turning ad budgets into measurable business growth and owning paid media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting to drive conversions and maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of proven paid media buying or digital advertising experience.
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager (campaign structures, targeting, scaling).
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, conversion optimization).
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI/ROAS.
• Analyze performance and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and conversions.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and testing.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Pixel, and API.
