Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required or high school diploma with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 additional years in Lean and/or Materials.

• Develop and execute the lean roadmap for the materials organization.
• Collaborate with planners to integrate pull/replenishment systems.
• Facilitate communication between internal factory and external suppliers on lean principles.
• Own priorities for parts on pull and schedule attainment.
• Lead continuous improvement plans for materials lean systems (including VSMs).
• Coach teams from frontline to executives on lean materials systems.
• Plan and deliver projects aligned to the roadmap.
• Manage daily operations and solve problems to stay on target.
