Job summary

Sonova is seeking an Inventory Manager to ensure inventory health, material availability, and supply chain continuity across our global operations.

You will lead replenishment, DRP, and master data, collaborate with planning, manufacturing, procurement, and finance, and drive data-driven improvements using Lean Six Sigma.

The role emphasizes SAP-based processes, analytics, and dashboards to monitor performance and mitigate shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, materials or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, replenishment, DRP, and related processes.
• Experience with SAP inventory/planning and material master data.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and support global inventory management, replenishment, DRP, and material master data processes.
• Monitor inventory performance, shortages, risks, and service impacts, driving corrective actions.
• Lead shortage escalation and coordinate mitigation activities across functions.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives to improve service, cash flow, and efficiency.
• Use SAP, reporting tools, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting for inventory performance and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with global teams and influence stakeholders.
