Fluxon Apps LLC. is seeking a QA Architect to own and evolve end-to-end QA strategies for complex apps in a remote-first environment. You will lead manual testing, advocate for quality, and partner with developers, product managers, and TPMs to ensure robust release readiness.

You’ll break down quality gaps, drive test coverage, and own metrics reporting while upholding high standards of user experience and technical integrity in a fully remote role open to candidates in Poland or Portugal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• 2+ years as sole QA leading a project with a blank slate testing strategy.
• Nose for bugs and deep UX understanding with technical sensitivity.
• Strong grasp of client-server architectures and modern engineering stacks.
• Experience integrating manual testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating on releases.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve end-to-end QA strategy and processes for products.
• Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing for complex features.
• Champion quality and identify systemic gaps across development lifecycle.
• Own documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking.
• Collaborate with PMs/TPMs to define acceptance criteria and releases.
• Lead cross-functional investigations to resolve quality issues.
