INSURE CHOICE LLC is hiring Remote Licensed ACA Agents to join a growing remote team. This full-time role offers a base pay of $20 per hour plus commissions, with weekends required during OEP. You will handle inbound and outbound ACA opportunities, guide clients through enrollments, and close sales daily using our systems.

The position emphasizes performance-driven earnings in a fully remote U.S. environment, with paid training and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• Minimum of 2 ACA Open Enrollment seasons.
• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable navigating enrollment systems and platforms.
• Self-motivated with reliable attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from company-provided leads.
• Educate clients on ACA plan options and eligibility.
• Complete Marketplace enrollments (OEP & SEP).
• Accurately document applications and ensure compliance.
• Maintain consistent daily activity and production levels.
• Deliver a professional and compliant customer experience.
