Job summary

Qualifications

ACA Insurance Agents

• Base Pay: $15/hour
  
• Overtime: Available based on business needs and applicable overtime requirements
  
• Closing Bonus: $5 per qualifying ACA enrollment after reaching the required weekly closing target
  
• Potential Earnings: Up to approximately $24+/hour , depending on hours worked, productivity, and qualifying enrollments
  
• Compensation: Pay rate may be negotiable based on experience and performance
  
• Commission-Based: Earnings are based on successful enrollments
  
• Additional Income: Opportunities to increase earnings through higher production and eligible incentives
