Job summary

INSURE CHOICE LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed ACA Agent for a fully remote, US-based role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to enroll clients in ACA plans, document applications, and maintain high daily production with compliance focus.

The position offers $20/hour base plus commission, with weekends during OEP and a fully remote setup. Prior open enrollment experience and active life/health license are required for steady earnings in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
• Minimum of 2 ACA Open Enrollment seasons is required.
• Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable navigating enrollment systems and platforms.
• Self-motivated with reliable attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from company-provided leads.
• Educate clients on ACA plan options and eligibility.
• Complete Marketplace enrollments (OEP & SEP).
• Accurately document applications and ensure compliance.
• Maintain consistent daily activity and production levels.
• Deliver a professional and compliant customer experience.
