Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our global team. You will draft, review, and manage standard commercial agreements, support HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, and help with due diligence for clients and partners.

You will work with our Chief Legal Officer, be comfortable with AI tools, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We value accuracy, initiative, and the ability to navigate international law within an international company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of legal experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage standard commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, assignment agreements).
• Send documents for signing, track signatures, and upload signed documents to the appropriate folders.
• Maintain legal registers and ensure their accuracy.
• Assist with due diligence on clients, suppliers, contractors, and partners, and flag potential risks for review.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on routine contractual and compliance questions.
• Help maintain legal templates and policies, and track relevant regulatory changes.
