You will write and review code, guide the team, and ensure alignment across product, design, and engineering while maintaining fast iteration and robust releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership or ownership of major features.
• Strong Kotlin expertise and Android platform knowledge.
• Experience shipping long-running background work and audio playback is a plus.
• Ability to guide teams, design reviews, and balance delivery with quality.

Responsibilities

• Own major features end-to-end from design to release with the design team.
• Maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features.
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback.
• Unblock the team and drive decisions on implementations.
• Reduce manual steps and streamline nightly releases.
