Productiv Team is seeking a sharp Junior Systems Administrator to join our growing tech team. This early-career role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and software integration, focusing on health, security, and connectivity of core platforms.

You will read code, work from the command line, and integrate diverse systems using REST/SOAP APIs. The role emphasizes rapid learning and hands-on problem solving in a fully remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and data exchange.
• Comfort with command line, log files and stack traces.
• Foundational IT and cloud concepts: networking, access control and security.

Responsibilities

• Investigate ambiguous requests, trace to root cause and explain findings clearly.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Design, implement, test and deliver solutions end-to-end.
• Maintain technical docs for system architecture and workflows.
• Administer Salesforce and assist AWS infrastructure.
• Develop API integrations and automate workflows.
• Coordinate with teams and prioritize technical tasks.
