• Clear understanding of how payment systems function.
• Knowledge of transaction flows.
• Basic understanding of web architecture.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests from first-line support regarding transactions and payment methods.
• Roll out custom payment method configurations for new clients.
• Troubleshoot payment and transaction issues.
• Ensure payment systems operate efficiently.
• Interact with payment systems.
• Analyse recurring payment problems and report findings.

Skills
