Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Investment Banking AI Research Contributor based in Poland. The role involves designing Excel-based financial modeling tasks drawn from investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate development workflows, and creating precise evaluation criteria for AI models.

The position is fully remote, project-based, with an immediate start and weekly task-based payments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development with practical financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with attention to numerical accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into structured tasks and clear evaluation criteria.

Responsabilités

• Develop realistic Excel-based financial modeling tasks from professional experience.
• Create reference solutions and precise grading rubrics for AI evaluation.
• Design evaluation criteria to assess AI model performance on tasks.
• Test AI models and refine evaluation frameworks with reviewers.
• Prepare task briefs and input workbooks using sanitized or public data with sources identified.
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity in all materials.
