Allstate Insurance Agency - Hung Nguyen is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build community relationships, and use insurance knowledge to help customers understand the value of coverage.

Responsibilities include generating new business, qualifying leads, and cross‑selling to meet sales goals. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this remote role.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow‑up.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
