Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare supply chain experience.
• 4+ years in sourcing, benchmarking, or contracting.
• 3+ years executing end-to-end sourcing engagements.
• Demonstrated experience with structured sourcing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned sourcing categories through the full sourcing lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed spend analysis and benchmarking.
• Develop data-driven sourcing recommendations.
• Lead vendor negotiations and contract structuring.
• Track and validate savings post-implementation.
