Type: Full-Time, remote if located outside of Szczecin.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (8:00-19:00), with every second Saturday as a working day.

As a Customer Service Specialist with Fluent German language and English B2, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products via telephone, email, and chat. Youll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers\' healthcare needs and the solutions our clients offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and support to customers on pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Contribute to the success of top healthcare brands by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Science, or a related field (an absolute MUST).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and tackle new challenges.
  • Passionate about healthcare and eager to deepen your knowledge in the medical field.
  • A valid residence permit for Poland, student visa ot EU member state passport

Professional Growth:

Starts with a comprehensive 2-week training program followed by ongoing learning opportunities. You\'ll have a dedicated Training Buddy to guide you, ensuring your continuous development in a supportive and international work environment.

- Base Salary: from 8000 to 9600 PLN (in case of possessing pharmaceutical qualifications) gross per month

Contract Type:
