Job summary

Marriage Reset is seeking a senior marketing leader to own paid client acquisition for our eight‑figure coaching business. You will direct paid media strategy, scaling, and conversion optimization across Meta, Google/YouTube, and Bing, while coordinating with organic channels.

You will also shape creative, messaging, and the avatar to drive qualified calls and revenue. You will report to the CEO, collaborate with the founder, and build a team to scale to the next level.

Qualifications

• Senior-level marketing experience with paid media across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability to scale offers and improve ROAS in complex funnels.
• Strong copywriting and VSL/landing page optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, structure, and testing with external partners.
• Manage budget, forecast revenue, calls, and cost per qualified call.
• Lead creative direction, messaging, and avatar architecture for ads.
