Job summary

Vulcury Venture Studio and Advisors is seeking a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to lead growth initiatives and supervise India-based juniors across content, research, marketing, and creative production.

You will own demand generation, CRM and campaigns in Zoho, drive SEO, outreach, analytics, and reporting while partnering with US leadership to scale ventures and AI-enabled initiatives.

Measurable KPIs, strong SOPs, and reliable delivery within 90 days are expected.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–6+ years in growth/marketing operations and experience coordinating or managing others.
• Hands-on CRM, email, SEO, outreach, and analytics.
• Strong English; independence; ability to collaborate with US leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage junior resources, task assignments, deadlines, quality control, hiring recommendations, and SOPs.
• Execute demand generation, email marketing, supplier outreach support, nurturing, SEO implementation, content calendars, distribution, and reporting.
• Administer Zoho CRM/Campaigns, automations, segmentation, lead tracking, funnel reporting, and campaign attribution.
• Support Mexico supplier sales rep with prospect research, lead lists, CRM follow-up, and collateral.
