Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive demand for our AI-powered QMS and CFW platform.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, manage Google/Microsoft Ads, HubSpot workflows, and landing pages, while personally optimizing for lead quality, conversion, and ROI. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration across marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital demand generation for B2B tech.
• Hands-on with Google/Microsoft Ads, landing pages, and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical mindset driving KPI-led optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns driving demand and pipeline.
• Own hands-on campaign execution across ads and landing pages.
• Test and optimize via A/B tests in ads and HubSpot campaigns.
• Align reporting with sales to show ROI and pipeline impact.
• Create high-impact messaging for email, paid search, and social.
