Jobgether SRL in Poland seeks a Head of Procurement to build a global function from the ground up. You will own strategy, supplier relationships and commercial negotiations across 200+ destinations, shaping governance, risk, and performance across the organization.

You will lead international contracts, optimize spend, and align procurement with product and growth objectives, delivering durable value in a fast-moving global context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing tech or scale-up environments.
• Experience building procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes from ground up.
• Strong international contract negotiations experience for complex services and supplier relationships.
• Financial analysis skills to assess supplier costs, pricing structures and savings opportunities.
• Leads with a strategic mindset, designing scalable processes as the organization grows.
• Balances cost optimization with quality, reliability, risk management and long-term objectives.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align procurement with business goals.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations is a plus.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable owning a high-autonomy function.
