Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Head of Procurement to establish a global procurement function from the ground up. You will own strategy, governance, and supplier relationships across a growing connectivity business with 200+ destinations.

You will lead international negotiations, drive cost optimization, and implement scalable processes in a fast-moving, remote-enabled environment while partnering with finance, product and operations to align with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
• Experience building procurement functions, frameworks, and vendor management processes from scratch.
• Strong expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services and strategic suppliers.
• Skilled in financial analysis of agreements, costs, pricing, and savings opportunities.
• Able to design scalable processes, lead cross-functional teams, and balance cost with quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy to support rapid international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms and service levels.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks for scale.
• Analyze and optimize supplier spend to achieve sustainable savings without sacrificing quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations and drive accountability.
• Create scalable vendor management workflows to improve governance and relationships.
• Collaborate with finance, product, operations, and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• Develop processes to manage increasing complexity and cross-border operations.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and commercial opportunities with rigorous analysis.
• Position procurement as a strategic function driving profitability and resilience.
