Job summary

Remo Health is seeking a dementia subspecialist physician (MD/DO) to lead the assessment, diagnosis and longitudinal care of dyads (patients and caregivers) within an interdisciplinary team including neurology, geriatrics, care navigators and nurses. This remote role blends medicine and technology in a fast‑growing startup.

Candidates must be board‑certified in Internal or Family Medicine with geriatric subspecialty, licensed in at least one state, and strong in remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be board‑certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a geriatric medicine subspecialty.
• Active medical license in at least one state; multi‑state licenses preferred.
• Experience in interdisciplinary care teams and digital health environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high‑value patient care.
• Stay current with dementia care research and translate findings to improve care pathways.
• Oversee dyad care coordination and ensure clinical decisions align with family priorities.
• Identify and drive improvements to care models and the technical platform.
• Collaborate to develop educational programs for clinical providers and staff.
