Job summary

VM.PL is seeking a backend-focused developer to join a long-term education-sector project for a German client. The role involves developing microservices with Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Hibernate, and MariaDB, plus Angular frontend work and TypeScript.

You will coordinate with Polish and German teams and participate in German-language requirements discussions. Remote work with occasional visits to the client or office in Wrocław is available.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency (C1) required.
• Experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.
• Knowledge of Hibernate and MariaDB.
• Frontend experience with Angular; TypeScript knowledge.
• Experience with microservice architectures.
• Ability to work in an international team.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications based on microservices.
• Work with Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Hibernate and MariaDB.
• Develop and maintain frontend with Angular.
• Collaborate with Polish and German development teams.
• Participate in requirements analysis and project communication in German.
