Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile apps, including the shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and deployment automation, while collaborating with engineers in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js in fullstack roles.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools or agents and integration.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging of builds.
• Strong focus on maintainable code and automated checks.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English within a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents for team use.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to diagnose failures.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, and dependencies.
• Improve environments, testing, and release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements, document adoption, and measure impact.
