Job summary

Tether seeks a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools or agents.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging.
• Strong code quality mindset and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI and workflows to investigate failures.
• Improve automated pull request reviews and reduce noise.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, dependencies.
• Improve development environments, testing, and release workflows.
• Prioritize improvements with teams and support adoption via documentation.
