Job summary

QATestLab is expanding its team and seeks an Automation QA Engineer to join our international, remote European team. You will develop and maintain automated tests using C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript and help integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Join a company delivering QA support across industries and leverage Playwright, Cypress, Ranorex, and AI tools like Codex and Claude to innovate testing processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in test automation using C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress.
• Experience configuring and using CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with test management and bug-tracking systems (Jira, TestRail, Mantis, or similar).
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) written and spoken.
• Experience with AI tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor).
• Interest in new technologies and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for various projects.
• Create, maintain, improve, and extend test frameworks.
• Create and maintain project documentation and prepare test reports.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Use AI tools (Codex, Claude, Cursor) for writing code and documentation.
• Participate in planning and executing team testing activities, including planning, re-testing, and regression testing.
