Job summary

Digital Turbine is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our hybrid team in Warszawa. You will build product surfaces that connect campaign management, dashboards, and marketplace tooling across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

You’ll contribute to the architecture, optimize performance, and ship reliable software across the stack. You should bring 8+ years building production platforms, strong algorithmic fundamentals, and a polyglot mindset with React on the front end and

Qualifications

8+ years building and shipping production platforms.
Strong algorithmic fundamentals and data structures.
Proficiency in multiple languages and ecosystems (TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, Scala, or C++).
Solid experience with modern front-end (React) and back-end service design.
Experience with API design, data modeling and system design.
Ability to work in fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack features powering campaign management and reporting.
Develop scalable back-end services and APIs in a polyglot stack.
Push complex computation to robust back-end services while keeping front-end lean.
Own services in production: testing, observability, performance, on-call.
Collaborate with product leads on scoping, estimation and technical decisions.
Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards.
