Job summary

People More, Kraków, is seeking a Remote-friendly Full Stack Developer with Rust/Python expertise and React frontend skills to build end-to-end financial and market data platforms.

You will collaborate with analysts, traders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable software, while maintaining high performance and robust deployments. Polish and English proficiency are required. Remote work is available, with an office in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack experience with Rust and/or Python.
• Frontend experience with React and JavaScript.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with Docker and Linux environments for deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving and ownership of solutions.
• Experience in energy trading, commodities, or financial markets is a plus.
• Very good English and Polish skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end software across backend, frontend, and data pipelines.
• Build backend apps with Rust and Python for performance and reliability.
• Create intuitive UI with React for dashboards and valuation tools.
• Integrate quantitative models and ensure robust testing and deployment.
• Maintain data ingestion pipelines with data quality controls.
• Manage deployments and containerized environments using Docker and Linux.
• Collaborate with analysts, traders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Improve code quality and system architecture through scalable engineering practices.
