Job summary

Capital on Tap is seeking software engineers to build best-in-class credit card and payment products for small businesses. You will work across cross-functional teams from concept through production, monitoring and continuous improvement, shaping solutions end to end.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and a proactive, collaborative attitude. You will contribute to a scalable tech stack and partner closely with Product Managers and QA Engineers in a remote, contract setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack solutions with .NET technologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC from design to production delivery.
• Ability to write robust unit and integration tests.

Responsibilities

• Build robust and scalable full-stack solutions using .NET technologies.
• Own from first line of code to production, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow Software Engineers.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance as needed.
• Bridge tech talks and business goals to keep everyone aligned.
