Job summary

TheAgileWorks UK is seeking an experienced Front End Developer to join a 12-month B2B contract for a banking client, with remote work from Poland. You will contribute to building the Digital Core platform, delivering real time analytics and a scalable UI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply React/Redux and TypeScript, participate in SDLC, code reviews, and ensure robust production deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Software Development - 5+ years
• Proficiency with React/Redux
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS)
• Familiarity with REST API / WebSocket
• Familiarity with CI/CD (TeamCity/Jenkins), Git / GitHub
• Ability to work in Agile based SDLC
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a new set of platform capabilities in the Digital Core, enabling real‑time processing, analytics and structured workflow
• Design and implement front-end layer of the application based on modern UI design practices
• Bring new technologies to improve maintainability, performance and user experience of the UI
• Collaborate with the solution development team to better integrate layers of the application
• Interact with Operations stakeholders in cross-functional teams to deliver the right outcomes
• Contribute to chapter constructs across the Digital Operations platform for proper delivery
• Conduct code reviews and test software; participate in architecture and SDLC phases
• Ensure operational controls and procedures for moving from test to production safely and quickly
