Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Forward Deployed AI Architect to accelerate AI-enabled software delivery across client engagements. This role focuses on modernizing SDLC with AI tools, agentic workflows, and governance, engaging both engineering teams and executives.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, an experienced architect, and strong communicator capable of translating business intent into validated software outcomes. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, and enterprise practices.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools and AI-enabled software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify SDLC bottlenecks and AI-led acceleration opportunities with customer teams.
• Design and deliver working proofs using VelocityAI SDLC and automation.
• Guide customers toward intent-driven delivery loops generating plans, code, tests, docs.
• Define and measure acceleration outcomes like cycle time and release readiness.
• Present approach and results to technical and executive audiences.
