This role sits at the intersection of core enterprise software architecture and cutting‑edge AI engineering, enabling a shift from rigid sprint cycles to intent‑driven, autonomous delivery models with AI tools and human governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience across software engineering, architecture, product/platform engineering, or solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, DevSecOps pipelines, Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Direct, practical fluency with AI development tools and AI-enabled software delivery.
• Experience leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel.
• Hands-on in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with client teams to diagnose bottlenecks and map high-value AI-led acceleration.
• Design, develop, and deliver working proofs of concept using modern AI engineering tools and automation frameworks.
• Guide clients toward intent-driven delivery loops capable of autonomous plans, code, tests, and validation artifacts.
