MORO TECH is seeking a Program Integration Manager to align business and IT, coordinate cross-team roadmaps and releases, manage dependencies, and facilitate program governance for delivering high-quality capabilities. On a day-to-day basis, you will organize governance, coordinate end-to-end release processes, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders with data-driven updates while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing software or IT delivery projects.
• Proven experience with release management and ticketing tools.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English in business communication.
• Naturally proactive, organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize and run program governance meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate end-to-end release management including go/no-go decisions.
• Align cross-team dependencies across development, infrastructure, and applications.
• Maintain an overview of upcoming releases and host deployment meetings.
• Coordinate cross-team roadmaps and releases with business priorities.
• Track and report delivery progress with data-driven updates.
• Act as central point of contact for stakeholders and manage communications.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
