Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal practice with strong law firm training.
• Substantive command of US financial services and securities regulation.
• Prior experience advising a crypto, DeFi, or fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Own regulatory strategy across US and key non-US jurisdictions.
• Lead deal work: M&A, strategic investments, financings.
• Draft and operationalize full commercial contract stack.
