Deel is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale our global payroll and HR platform. You’ll work across frontend and backend, designing robust APIs, data models, and client components using TypeScript, React, and Express.

• At least 4 years of full-stack experience with a focus on TypeScript.
• Expert in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining modern web apps using the listed tech.

• Business-focused approach to delivering high-value outcomes for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in planning from discovery to deployment and provide input at all stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build new features and APIs.
• Ensure a white-glove customer experience with Deel products.
• Own the development of features across client, server, service and database layers.
• Review code, optimize performance, and contribute to process improvements.
