GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators who play to lead. You will own and drive the frontend mobile architecture across flagship products, delivering high-throughput Flutter apps while mentoring teams.

The role requires 7+ years in software, 3+ years Flutter/Dart with native iOS/Android, and strong system design to align architectural roadmaps with product goals in a remote-first Warsaw setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial software development with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart and native mobile.
• Strong system design thinking and performance optimization for mobile apps.
• Experience leading technical strategy in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Dart internals (isolates, async, null safety) and Flutter rendering.
• Hands-on with high-frequency data (WebSockets) and mobile security basics.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level mobile system architecture and define stable, fast patterns.
• Translate business goals into robust blueprints and set engineering benchmarks.
• Contribute code to critical modules and lead incident response for mobile apps.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive PDPs for mobile staff.
• Standardize CI/CD and align roadmaps across cross-functional streams.
