Job summary

ElevenLabs in Poland is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market and build a regional team to bring our voice and audio AI technology to strategic customers.

This senior, founder‑like role blends strategic sales, engineering collaboration, and program leadership, with remote‑first work and travel to customer sites. You will partner with engineers, product, and research to tailor solutions, deliver demos, and scale deployments across industries.

Qualifications

• Executive stakeholder engagement with C-suite and VP-levels
• Leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping/demo builds
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to articulate complex concepts
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
• Strategic and commercial awareness to align tech with business goals
• Nice to have partner ecosystem development experience

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand audio/voice AI needs
• Build and lead a regional forward-deployed engineer team
• Identify use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement solutions
• Design bespoke integrations fitting customers' products and operations
• Guide best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
• Present results and future work proposals to technical and executive audiences
• Collaborate with Research and Product to incorporate field insights
• Provide compelling demos of our technology to customers
• Explore new industries and scale solutions globally
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
• Coordinate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams
