Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead ERP-related initiatives across business and IT teams. You will coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and drive governance to enable successful ERP enhancements and process improvements.

The role is fully remote within Poland, requiring strong English and extensive PM experience. You will handle budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communications while collaborating with vendor partners to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Project Management with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading ERP systems enhancement and optimization programs.
• Practical experience in financial management, including project forecasting and budget tracking.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource forecasts, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Lead change control processes and assess impacts on schedule, budget, and operations.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment planning, and business readiness.
• Ensure project documentation meets PMO governance and audit requirements.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking and forecasting.
