Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple ERP initiatives from initiation to deployment, coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. This fully remote role is based in Poland and requires strong program management skills and ERP expertise.

You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and governance, drive change control, and ensure PMO compliance while delivering process improvements and analytics outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading ERP systems enhancement and optimization programs.
• Practical experience in financial forecasting and budget tracking.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on vendor management and service delivery oversight.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced English; fluency in Dutch required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource forecasts, and dependency management activities.
• Coordinate delivery between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and decision-making.
• Lead integrated change control processes and assess impacts to schedule, budget, scope, and business operations.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, deployment planning, and business readiness efforts.
• Ensure project documentation meets PMO governance and audit requirements.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management.
