Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead ERP-related initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, vendor partners, IT teams, and functional leads to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and implement ERP enhancements.

This fully remote role enables work from anywhere in Poland. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project management, strong Waterfall and Agile experience, ERP program leadership, and advanced English skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Project Management with strong Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading ERP systems enhancement and optimization programs.
• Practical experience in financial management, including project financial forecasting and budget tracking.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing multiple ERP-related projects from initiation through deployment.
• Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, resource forecasts, and dependency management activities.
• Coordinating delivery between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Driving project governance, status reporting, executive communications, and decision-making.
• Leading integrated change control processes and assessing impacts to schedule, budget, scope, and business operations.
• Coordinating testing, user acceptance activities, deployment planning, and business readiness efforts.
• Ensuring project documentation meets PMO governance and audit requirements.
• Managing project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management.
